Mahati Systems | Monthly Update
The platform became observable. The data model became future-ready.
From the Desk of the Team
A platform that cannot be observed cannot be managed. November closed that gap — and took the data model somewhere most platforms have not yet gone.
Datadog was implemented as the observability layer for the Mahati core platform.
The engineering and operations teams now have real-time visibility into system health, performance metrics, error rates, and anomalies — across every service, every environment, every layer of the stack.
The difference between running a platform and understanding a platform is observability. Mahati now has it.
The Mahati data model was refined and formalised as a digital-twin-friendly architecture.
A digital twin is a live, dynamic representation of a real-world entity — a policy, a risk, a customer, an asset — that updates as the underlying reality changes. Building a data model that supports this requires deliberate structural decisions, not retrofitting.
Mahati made those decisions now, so customers do not have to make them later.
