We are looking for a Start-up Strategy Leader who can orchestrate bringing new products/services to market, bridging teams (Marketing, Sales, Eng), developing launch plans (strategy, budget, timeline), managing execution, tracking KPIs, mitigating risks, and ensuring operational readiness, focusing on coordinated efforts for successful, impactful market entry and post-launch analysis. This individual needs to wear different hats and possess knowledge of Scrum Master, Project Manager too. Doing the lower level management responsibilities are the key qualifications for this job.
Qualifications
At least 10+ years of diving successful startups and relevant experience
Be very confident and manage development and testing teams of a small organization - Team size approx. 10
Experience with launching software products and also gets involved with every detail of the projects and products
Well versed with knowledge of bringing the best out of the team members
Experience with Gen AI or machine learning platforms
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment strategies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Be able to work over hours and flexible timings - Strong skills managing remote workforce. This is a must skill.
